Firstly, congratulations on getting your PEAP application approved! 

I can't wait to start working with you.

I have partnered my employment services alongside Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS), which offers the Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP) funding initiatives. 

You've probably realised by now that job-seeking is more than just a great resume. That's why I  created this program specifically for my Defence spouses.  

Why did I create this program?

I created my program because my purpose as a PEAP provider is not just to create documents for you but to empower and educate you on how to do so. But don’t worry—you will still have my support during that process. You can create your draft, and I will review, edit, and finalise your applications against the job advertisement to ensure you meet their requirements.

I have been receiving positive feedback from clients who have been using this process as it is not only faster but it enables my clients to see how I create documents that get noticed by employers and recruiters.

What does the program contain?

My program consists of ‘how-to’ videos and downloadable guides on addressing employment gaps, interview tips, LinkedIn Optimisation, identifying your transferrable skills, and a guide for return-to-work mums. I also have a video on building confidence while job-seeking!

I'm here to be your personal guide through this exciting journey. Together, I'll ensure you're well-equipped for the next steps in your career. Think of me as your dedicated cheerleader in this process. Now that you've got the green light, I'll customise my services just for you. 

You will have access to 26 weeks of support, including:

·       1 : 1 Career Coaching sessions 

·       26-Week PEAP Navigator Program (an opt-in choice)

·       Coaching on how to tailor your Resume to fit the role/industry

·       Coaching and creating Cover Letters and addressing Selection Criteria, Pitches, etc 

·       Job search strategies

·       Interview preparation and confidence coaching

·       Access to my women's only job seeker private Facebook group

·       LinkedIn and Networking essentials

We'll work together to craft a stellar resume and several standout cover letters. I will provide the support and coaching you need for job applications and interviews and optimise your profiles.  

But it's not just about the paperwork—we'll explore changing your mindset, building your confidence, and uncovering the incredible transferable skills you bring to the table. It's all about putting your best foot forward and showcasing the unique individual that you are.
