I am passionate about delivering optimum service to my clientele.
My dedication to my clients and the local community were formally recognised in 2022 when I was awarded the City of Ipswich 2022 Business Excellence Awards for Customer Service. Nominated for five categories in total I am so proud to have been awarded such a prestigious award as I had only been in business less than two years!
I am renowned for assisting Defence members to successfully transition into civilian employment by identifying their transferrable skills. I work with Defence spouses to assist them during posting time, returning to work or wanting a change in career.

I love working with students, civilians and women wanting to regain their confidence. By identifying their achievements, experience and skillset, I put their best selves forward while seeking a new role.

I am a busy mum to our teenage son and have a loving and supportive husband who always makes me laugh. We love the Queensland lifestyle, travelling particularly overseas and exploring new cultures and history.
With over 20 years of customer service experience, my passion for helping others and my love for recruitment drove me to create my business, Sorted by Kath Pty Ltd in 2020 and I feel blessed doing what I love everyday - helping others.
I started my recruitment career by writing advertisements, shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding the successful candidate with the Department of Defence and then moved into the mining industry.
Having reviewed and shortlisted thousands of resumes, I know how critically important it is to have a stand-out resume that you feel proud to put forward. It is your personal and professional story for your potential future employer to consider you to be the right fit for their business.
